Yeshe Rai is a poet and actor from Massachusetts, currently studying in Montezuma, New Mexico, at UWC-USA. His work is found or forthcoming in The Poetry Society, eunoia review, Just Poetry, elementia, and more. He is a finalist of the Foyle Young Poets Award and the America Library of Poetry Student Poetry Contest, and has won an award of Creative Merit for the New Mexico Poetry Ourselves competition. He is an alum of the Iowa Young Writers’ Studio as well as the Yale Young Writer’s Workshop and has been part of other writing programs and projects locally. When not writing, he enjoys acting in plays and films, singing, and cooking for friends.
